This privacy policy applies to the Bestclek app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Nairah Fazeela (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Free service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.
The Application does not obtain any information when you download and use it. Registration is not required.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information of your mobile device.
Since no data is collected, no information is shared with third parties.
You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using standard uninstall processes available on your device or app store.
The Application does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children’s online activity.
You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of personal information in your country.
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding confidentiality. Since no information is collected, there is no risk of unauthorized access.
